bathroom inconvenience

The bathroom setup is inconvenient, lack of a mirror outside the bathroom limits access for group travelers. The beds are surprisingly hard, lacking comfort, and the shower takes an annoyingly long time to heat up. Compact room size means you might feel squeezed in, and the limited mini bar options leave much to be desired.

Is it a hit or a miss? here’s my take

Staff go above and beyond with friendly and accommodating service making the stay truly enjoyable. Clean modern rooms made me feel right at home during my visit.

Limited mini bar options left something to be desired, and the breakfast could use additional hot items for a better experience.

I had a great long stay at parkview, and the service was excellent, especially from emma and the manager. My previous experiences fell short, but this time, the room was modern and cozy, exceeding my expectations. The staff went above and beyond, helping me with various requests.

Very accommodating staff ensured a smooth stay even with emergency changes. Enjoyed modern rooms and the complimentary minibar was a nice surprise. The hotel has good housekeeping and a lovely garden area that's perfect for relaxation.
